Collective Church is an Elder-led church with a combination of Lay and Staff Elders called to biblically shepherd and oversee the church.

PJ Noland

Lead Pastor

P.J. is the Lead Pastor at Collective Church. He hails from Forney, Texas, and is a graduate of Central Baptist College in Conway, Arkansas. P.J. has served in ministry leadership for more than15 years. He and his wife Lauren have a daughter Cora, and son Jack. The Nolands have a passion to reach people in Saline County.

Shane Harrington

Student Pastor

Shane is the pastor to Collective Students in grades 6th-12th.  He graduated with two bachelor degrees and is currently working on his master's degree. Shane's ministry philosophy is students leading students, to make disciples, who make disciples. Shane and his wife Kayla live in Benton with their son, Sleyter.

Lenee Gipson

Kid's Ministry Leader

As the Kid's Ministry Leader of Collective Church, Lenee oversees all aspects of ministry to children from nursery to 5th grade. She considers it a privilege and a joy to help children and families at Collective serve and grow in the Lord. Lenee and her husband Matt have three children - Grady, Ella, and Crew. Lenee is a second-grade teacher at Collegeville Elementary.

Mary Ann Doggett

Worship Ministry Leader

Mary Ann has been serving as a worship leader for over four years. She is passionate about teaching truth through song while striving to give 100% as we give our thanks back to God in song. Mary Ann and her husband Chris have three children - Tripp, Taylor, and Stella. Mary Ann works part-time as a dental hygienist for Dr. Michael Bourns.

Paige Brumley

Communications Leader

As the communications leader, Paige supports the church and ministry leaders in conveying their vision and communication priorities to appropriate audiences. She has a heart for people and for building community. Paige and her husband Brandon have two kids - Kaylee and Tyler. They have lived in Saline County for over 15 years.
